Abstract:
(EN) Provided in the present invention are a ratio-type oxygen sensing probe and a preparation method and a use thereof. The ratio-type oxygen sensing probe comprises a carrier and an oxygen-sensitive compound wrapped in the carrier. The carrier consists of an amphiphilic graft polymer and an aggregation-induced luminophore attached to the amphiphilic graft polymer. The ratio-type oxygen sensing probe of the present invention can measure the conditions of oxygen consumption of Escherichia coli and GM12878 human B lymphocyte under different cell concentrations, and in the meantime, the probe can measure in situ bacteria of at least 100 cfu/mL within 7 hours, and can also be used for drug screening, and has no cytotoxicity and is safe and reliable. In addition, since the PtTFPP probe micelle shows a extremely high quantum efficiency and the oxygen sensing probe can measure the oxygen content in an aqueous solution, the probe can be widely applied to some commercial instruments like a microplate reader, providing assistance to the high through-put measurement, disease diagnosis and metabolism research.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une sonde de détection d'oxydation de type à rapport, un procédé et préparation et une utilisation correspondants. La sonde de détection d'oxygène de type à rapport comprend un support et un composé sensible à l'oxygène enveloppé dans le support. Le support est constitué d'un polymère greffé amphiphile et d'un luminophore induit par agrégation fixé au polymère greffé amphiphile. La sonde de détection d'oxygène de type à rapport de la présente invention peut mesurer les conditions de consommation d'oxygène d'Escherichia coli et de lymphocyte B humain GM12878 dans différentes concentrations cellulaires et, entretemps, la sonde peut mesurer des bactéries in situ à au moins 100 ufc/ml en 7 heures et peut également être utilisée pour le criblage de médicaments et ne présente pas de cytotoxicité et est sûre et fiable. De plus, étant donné que la micelle de sonde PtTFPP présente une efficacité quantique extrêmement élevée et que la sonde de détection d'oxygène peut mesurer la teneur en oxygène dans une solution aqueuse, la sonde peut être largement appliquée à certains instruments commerciaux, tels qu'un lecteur de microplaque, fournissant ainsi une assistance à la mesure à débit élevé, au diagnostic de maladies et à la recherche sur le métabolisme.
