Abstract:
A display module and a usage method thereof, the display module comprising a self-luminescent display panel, the self-luminescent display panel comprising a first substrate (111), a second substrate (112), and a self-luminescent circuit layer (113), the self-luminescent circuit layer (113) being positioned between the first substrate (111) and the second substrate (112), and the self-luminescent circuit layer (113) comprising a plurality of display pixel units (1131); each display pixel unit (1131) comprises at least one light non-transmissive area and at least one light transmissive area (11311); the display module also comprises an optical fingerprint sensor (120), the optical fingerprint sensor (120) being positioned below the second substrate (112), the optical fingerprint sensor (120) comprising a fingerprint sensing circuit layer and a base substrate, and the base substrate being a light transmissive material; and a dot backlight source (130), the dot backlight source (130) being positioned below the optical fingerprint sensor (120), and the light ray emitted by the dot backlight source (130) entering the optical fingerprint sensor (120) at a first angle of incidence, the first angle of incidence being an acute angle. The display module thus provides a self-luminescent display apparatus integrating an optical fingerprint recognition function.
