Title: THREE-DIMENSIONAL DIGITAL IMAGING SENSOR, AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL SCANNING SYSTEM AND SCANNING METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
Provided are a three-dimensional scanning system and a scanning method thereof. The three-dimensional scanning system is used to acquire three-dimensional point cloud data of an object under inspection (106), and comprises: a light source (101) for projecting a plurality of striped patterns on to the object under inspection; left and right cameras (103, 104) for acquiring a 2D left image and a 2D right image of the object under inspection (106); a three-dimensional module (102) for collecting a depth image of the object under inspection (106); a stripe matching module for instructing the left and right images to be matched according to the depth image; and a three-dimensional reconstruction module for searching for a correspondence relationship between single points in center lines of corresponding strips according to matched corresponding strips in the left and right images by using an epipolar geometry constraint relationship between the left and right cameras (103, 104), and then recreating three-dimensional point cloud data with corresponding points according to calibration parameters of the three-dimensional scanning system.
