Title: INTELLIGENT FALL PROTECTION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HOISTING SYSTEM OF DEEP WELL
Abstract:
An intelligent fall protection method and device for a hoisting system of a deep well. The intelligent fall protection method comprises: uniformly arranging electromagnetic retarders along an inner wall of a wellbore, wherein the electromagnetic retarders comprise a permanent magnet retarder (2), a mechanical transmission device, a speed sensor, a controller, and a manual control switch. The permanent magnet retarder (2) comprises a magnet support frame disposed on the inner wall of the wellbore, and the magnet support frame is formed by engaging and assembling a shield layer (27) and a magnet pole member (23). Multiple permanent magnets (22) are provided on the magnet support frame at an interval along a moving direction of the hoisting container. The permanent magnets (22) are bound together by means of non-magnetic blocks (21) to form a permanent magnet assembly. The mechanical transmission device is combined with and connected to the permanent magnet assembly to enable horizontal movement of the permanent magnet assembly on the magnet support frame. At the same time, a mechanical catcher device is connected to the hoisting container. By employing a permanent magnet retarder to reduce the speed of the hoisting container, and at the same time employing a safety catcher to perform catching in a mechanical manner, the present invention enables stable braking and reliable catching, thus improving safety of a hoisting device of a deep well.
