Title: LASER COMPOSITE WELDING DEVICE
Abstract:
A laser composite welding device, comprising an operating platform (10) used for welding, a vibration damping apparatus being arranged at the lower end of the operating platform (10), a transporting apparatus used for transporting a workpiece to be welded being arranged in the middle of the upper end of the operating platform (10), a plurality of workpiece clamping mechanisms being arranged on the transporting apparatus, the two sides of the transporting apparatus both being provided with two mutually parallel support rods (17), a connecting block (15) being secured on the upper end of the support rods (17), a moving mechanism being arranged on the two connecting blocks (15), a fixed apparatus being arranged on the moving mechanism, and a welding device being arranged on the fixed apparatus, the welding device being composed of a laser welding apparatus and an arc welding apparatus. Automatic transportation and clamping of the workpieces is implemented by means of a combination of a transporting apparatus and a clamping apparatus, and 3D movement of a laser welding gun (23) and an arc welding gun (31) is implemented by means of a combination of an electric-powered sliding rail, a cylinder, a drive apparatus, and a moving mechanism, thus improving welding efficiency and expanding the scope of application for laser composite welding.
