A tri-axial ball bearing extrusion jig, comprising a support frame, a rolling axle (1), and a tail clamp (6). The support frame comprises an upper frame (3), a right frame (7), a lower frame (8), and a left frame (9) connected in that order to form a hexagonal arrangement. A central portion of the left frame (9) and right frame (7) and a central portion of the upper frame (3) are all provided with a positioning hole (2). The left frame (9) and right frame (7) are respectively connected, via a rotating shaft hole (10), to the left side and right side of the upper frame (3). The tail clamp (6) is connected, via a pin shaft, to the rotating shaft hole (10) of the right frame (7). Three rolling shafts (1) are uniformly distributed around a 360° circumference to press a shaft-type work piece (4) to a central position. The rolling shaft (1) comprises a shaft rod (1-1), a shaft jacket (1-5), and a rolling ball (1-7). The rolling ball (1-7) is positioned below a bearing (1-3) and extends beyond a shaft jacket opening (11) at the bottom of the shaft jacket (1-5). The bearing (1-3) and the rolling ball (1-7) are able to freely rotate.
