Abstract:
An immunochromatographic test strip coated with an HPV16 E7 antibody comprises a bottom plate, a sample adding region, a sample pad, a binding pad, an absorption pad, and there is a nitrocellulose membrane pad between the binding pad and the absorption pad. The nitrocellulose membrane comprises an anti-HPV16 E7 protein monoclonal antibody thereon. The binding pad is sprayed with a fluorescent microsphere labeled antibody. A POCT fluorescence quantitative detection kit for an HPV16 E7 protein comprises the immunochromatographic test strip, and the kit further comprises a human body cervical exfoliated cell lysate. Further provided is an anti-HPV16 E7 protein monoclonal antibody, in which binding sites of the anti-HPV16 E7 protein monoclonal antibody and the HPV16 E7 protein respectively are: antibody binding site 1: amino acids 30-36 of the HPV16 E7 protein; antibody binding site 2: amino acids 36-43 of the HPV16 E7 protein; antibody binding site 3: amino acids 62-73 of the HPV16 E7 protein; and antibody binding site 4: amino acids 73-77 of the HPV16 E7 protein.
