Title: TESTING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SERVO CHARACTERISTIC OF VARIABLE INERTIA OF PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
Abstract:
Provided is a testing system for a servo characteristic of variable inertia of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The testing system comprises a pedestal (1), a lifting table (2), a clamping device (3), a testing motor (4), a first speed reducer (5), a supporting rod (6), a lead screw (7), a sliding block (8), a fixed device (9), a conductive slip ring (10), a top plate (11), a loading motor (12), a second speed reducer (13), a thrust ball bearing (14), an intermediate plate (15), stand columns (16), pre-tightening bolts (17) and fastening nuts (18). Also provided is a testing method for a servo characteristic of variable inertia of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The testing motor (4) and the first speed reducer (5) are controlled so that same drive the supporting rod (6) for horizontal rotation, and the loading motor (12) and the second speed reducer (13) are controlled so that same drive the lead screw (7) to rotate such that the sliding block (8) performs parallel movement. The rotational inertia of the system changes by using the position change of the sliding block (8), the position and speed of the sliding block (8) are detected by using a built-in absolute photoelectric encoder of the loading motor (12), and then the total rotational inertia of the system and the rate of change of the rotational inertia are calculated. The sudden inertia change of the servo system as well as the gradual inertia change of the servo system can be realized; and the rotational inertia can also be changed according to a certain change rule.
