Abstract:
(EN) A sealing arrangement (100) for use in a robot joint (200) is provided. The sealing arrangement (100) comprises: a circular sealing assembly (110) arranged between a swing (2) and a base (1) of the robot joint (200) in a longitudinal direction (Y), the circular sealing assembly (110) defining a tubular cavity (120) in a circumferential direction (C) and having a gas inlet (111) and a gas outlet (112); and an air channel (1a) coupled to the gas inlet (111) and operable to continuously conduct pressured air flow into the cavity (120) to maintain an air pressure inside the cavity (120) above an air pressure outside the cavity (120), and thereby a high-speed airflow out of the gas outlet (112).
(FR) L'invention concerne un agencement d'étanchéité (100) à utiliser dans une articulation de robot (200). Cet agencement d'étanchéité (100) comprend : un ensemble étanchéité circulaire (110) agencé entre un élément basculant (2) et une base (1) de l'articulation de robot (200) dans une direction longitudinale (Y), l'ensemble étanchéité circulaire (110) définissant une cavité tubulaire (120) dans une direction circonférentielle (C) et comprenant un orifice d'entrée de gaz (111) et un orifice de sortie de gaz (112) ; et un canal à air (1a) couplé à l'orifice d'entrée de gaz (111) et fonctionnant pour conduire en continu un écoulement d'air sous pression dans la cavité (120) afin de maintenir une pression d'air à l'intérieur de la cavité (120) supérieure à une pression d'air à l'extérieur de la cavité (120), et permettant ainsi un écoulement d'air à grande vitesse hors de l'orifice de sortie de gaz (112).
