Abstract:
(EN) An intracardiac ventricular pacemaker is configured to operate in a selected one of an atrial-tracking ventricular pacing mode and a non-atrial tracking ventricular pacing mode. A control circuit of the pacemaker determines at least one motion signal metric from the motion signal, compares the at least one motion signal metric to pacing mode switching criteria; and responsive to the pacing mode switching criteria being satisfied, switches from the selected one of the non-atrial tracking pacing mode and the atrial tracking pacing mode to the other one of the non-atrial tracking pacing mode and the atrial tracking pacing mode for controlling ventricular pacing pulses delivered by the pacemaker.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un stimulateur cardiaque ventriculaire intracardiaque qui est configuré de sorte à fonctionner dans un mode sélectionné entre un mode de stimulation de stimulation ventriculaire de suivi et un mode de stimulation ventriculaire de suivi non auriculaire. Un circuit de commande du stimulateur cardiaque détermine au moins une métrique de signal de mouvement à partir du signal de mouvement, compare la ou les métriques de signal de mouvement à des critères de commutation de mode de stimulation ; et en réponse à la satisfaction des critères de commutation de mode de stimulation, commute du mode de stimulation sélectionné entre le mode de stimulation de suivi non auriculaire et le mode de stimulation de suivi auriculaire à l'autre mode de stimulation entre le mode de stimulation de suivi non auriculaire et le mode de stimulation de suivi auriculaire pour réguler des impulsions de stimulation ventriculaire transmises par le stimulateur cardiaque.
