Abstract:
(EN) This document discusses, among other things, systems and methods for detecting stroke. A system may comprise a sensor circuit for sensing a physiological signal, and a second sensor to detect a physical state change. The physical state change may include a transition in physical activity, posture, or sleep state. A stroke risk circuit may detect, from the sensed physiological signal, a signal indicative of blood pressure surge (BPS) in response to one or more physical state changes. The system may generate a stroke risk indicator indicating a risk of developing an impending stroke event using the detected BPS. The system includes an output unit that outputs the stroke risk indicator to a user or a process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, entre autres, des systèmes et des procédés permettant de détecter un accident vasculaire cérébral (AVC). Un système peut comporter un circuit de capteurs permettant de capter un signal physiologique, et un second capteur destiné à détecter un changement d'état physique. Le changement d'état physique peut comprendre une transition dans l'activité physique, la posture ou l'état de sommeil. Un circuit de risque d'AVC peut détecter, à partir du signal physiologique capté, un signal indiquant une surtension artérielle (STA) en réponse à un ou plusieurs changements d'état physique. Le système peut produire un indicateur de risque d'AVC indiquant un risque de développer un événement d'AVC imminent à l'aide de la STA détectée. Le système comprend une unité de sortie qui délivre en sortie l'indicateur de risque d'AVC à un utilisateur ou à un processus.
