(EN) A wearable cooling and heating system for placement at a body region of a user, including a retention mechanism defining an internal side, and an external side; a temperature modulation subsystem, coupled to the retention mechanism, including a temperature- controllable substrate arranged at the internal side of the retention mechanism, a shield, defining a shield cavity, the shield arranged at the external side of the retention mechanism and coupled to the temperature-controllable substrate, and a heat exchanger in thermal contact with the temperature-controllable substrate and arranged within the shield cavity; a control module, retained by the retention mechanism, communicatively coupled to the temperature modulation subsystem, wherein the temperature modulation subsystem is operable between a cooling mode and a heating mode by the control module, wherein the cooling mode includes generating a low temperature at the temperature-controllable substrate, and wherein the heating mode includes generating a high temperature at the temperature-controllable substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de refroidissement et de chauffage pouvant être porté, destiné à être placé au niveau d'une région corporelle d'un utilisateur, comprenant un mécanisme de retenue définissant un côté interne et un côté externe ; un sous-système de modulation de température, accouplé au mécanisme de retenue, comprenant un substrat à température réglable disposé sur le côté interne du mécanisme de retenue, une protection, définissant une cavité de protection, la protection étant disposée au niveau du côté externe du mécanisme de retenue et accouplée au substrat à température réglable et un échangeur de chaleur en contact thermique avec le substrat à température réglable et disposé à l'intérieur de la cavité de protection ; un module de commande, retenu par le mécanisme de retenue, couplé en communication au sous-système de modulation de température, le sous-système de modulation de température pouvant fonctionner entre un mode de refroidissement et un mode de chauffage par le module de commande, le mode de refroidissement comprenant la génération d'une basse température au niveau du substrat à température réglable et le mode de chauffage consistant à générer une température élevée au niveau du substrat à température réglable.
