Abstract:
In scanner type digital inkjet printing machines, the continuity of the pattern is provided, to compensate the variance in the stop position of the substrate (1) that eliminates the printing gaps and overlaps, by printing the pattern starting from the desired section of the nozzles on the inkjet printhead (6). For this purpose, two different methods are introduced; a. Shifting the pattern that will-be-printed on the nozzles of the inkjet printheads. b. Starting the spray process, from the end of the previous print, in a way to maintain the continuum of the pattern.
