Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an immunoassay, which can enhance the concentration of a reactor or an antibody and thereby control the hook effect, and which provides convenience and a significantly reduced analysis time in comparison to the conventional immunoassays. The immunoassay according to the present invention allows the concentration of a reacting receptor or antibody to increase relatively per unit volume, thereby providing the ease of one-step analysis, along with a significantly reduced analysis time, while further enhancing the reaction sensitivity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un immunoessai permettant d'améliorer la concentration d'un réacteur ou d'un anticorps et de maîtriser ainsi l'effet crochet, et qui offre une commodité et un temps d'analyse réduit de manière significative par comparaison avec les immunoessais classiques. L'immunoessai selon la présente invention permet d'augmenter relativement la concentration d'un récepteur ou d'un anticorps de réaction par volume unitaire, procurant ainsi la facilité d'une analyse en une étape, ainsi qu'un temps d'analyse réduit de manière significative, tout en améliorant en outre la sensibilité de réaction.
(KO) 본 발명은 반응체 또는 항체의 농도를 향상시켜 후크 효과(hook effect)를 제어할 수 있고, 기존의 면역분석방법 대비 편리성과 분석시간이 현저히 단축된 면역분석방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 면역분석방법은 단위 부피당 반응하는 수용체 또는 항체의 농도를 상대적으로 증가시킬 수 있도록 하여, 원-스텝 분석의 편의성과 현저히 단축된 분석 시간을 제공하면서 반응 민감도를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
