(KO) 식품 내 돈지 분석용 마커 및 이의 용도
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a marker for determining the adulteration of lard in food, the marker comprising porcine derived type I collagen; and a use thereof. A monoclonal antibody developed in the present invention can effectively analyze lard adulterated in raw meat and in an intentionally non-denoted livestock processed product and food which are prepared and processed by heat treatment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un marqueur permettant de déterminer l'adultération du saindoux dans des aliments, le marqueur comprenant du collagène de type I dérivé du porc; et une utilisation de ce dernier. Un anticorps monoclonal développé dans la présente invention permet d'analyser efficacement le saindoux adultéré dans la viande crue et dans un produit transformé de bétail non désigné intentionnellement et des aliments préparés et transformés par traitement thermique.
(KO) 본 발명은 돼지 유래 타입 I 콜라겐을 포함하는 식품 내 돈지 혼입 여부의 판별용 마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 개발된 단일클론항체는 원료육뿐만 아니라 열처리 제조가공된 의도적 비표기 축산가공품 및 식품에 혼입되어 있는 돈지를 효과적으로 분석할 수 있다.
