(EN) The present invention relates to a DNA analysis method and a DNA analysis apparatus using a terahertz wave which are capable of accurately discriminating the type of cancer from DNA by using the terahertz wave. The DNA analysis method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) irradiating methylated DNA with a terahertz wave; (b) detecting a terahertz wave reflected by the methylated DNA; (c) detecting a peak of the waveform of the terahertz wave detected in step (b); and (d) determining the type of cancer from the peak detected in step (c).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'analyse de l'ADN à l'aide d'une onde térahertz qui sont capables de discriminer avec précision le type de cancer à partir de l'ADN à l'aide de ladite onde térahertz. Le procédé d'analyse de l'ADN selon la présente invention comprend les étapes suivantes : (a) exposition de l'ADN méthylé à une onde térahertz; (b) détection d'une onde térahertz réfléchie par l'ADN méthylé; (c) détection d'un pic de la forme d'onde de l'onde térahertz détectée à l'étape (b); et (d) détermination du type de cancer à partir du pic détecté à l'étape (c).
(KO) 본 발명은 테라헤르츠파를 이용하여 DNA로부터 암의 종류를 정확히 판별할 수 있는 테라헤르츠파를 이용한 DNA 분석 방법 및 DNA 분석 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 DNA 분석 방법은 (a) 메틸화된 DNA에 테라헤르츠파를 조사하는 단계; (b)상기 메틸화된 DNA에 의해 반사된 테라헤르츠파를 검출하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 검출된 테라헤르츠파의 파형의 피크를 검출하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 검출한 상기 피크로부터 암의 종류를 판단하는 단계를 포함한다.
