Title: SENSOR FOR MONITORING TENDON TENSILE STRENGTH AND TENDON TENSILE STRENGTH DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM USING SAME
Abstract:
An eddy current sensor device includes a coil part and a casing. The coil part includes: an excitation coil for generating a first magnetic field; and a sensing coil for detecting an electrical signal corresponding to a second magnetic field generated by an eddy current induced into a target structure by a first magnetic field, and to a synthetized magnetic field of the first magnetic field. The casing encompasses the coil part and blocks the same from the outside while accommodating the same therein. A magnetic part, which is accommodated and fixed inside the casing in order to fix the casing and the coil part to the target structure by magnetic force, can be further included. An eddy current sensor for the tensile strength of a tendon for providing stress changing on the basis of the tensile strength is provided on the surface of at least one wedge, which is press-fitted between the tendon and an anchor head such that a magnetic permeability thereof changes according to the stress of the tendon. A tensile strength monitoring part provides an excitation signal to the eddy current sensor, and calculates information on the tensile strength of the tendon by using the electrical signal detected by the eddy current sensor. If the calculated tensile strength drops below an allowable threshold value, a danger alert is automatically issued. In a test vehicle, driving power is provided to the tensile strength monitoring part in a magnetic induction manner, and tendon tensile strength information measured by the eddy current sensor can be collected from the tensile strength monitoring part.
