Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a battery-linked high-efficiency power management system and method for a ship and an offshore plant, the system comprising: at least one load connected to a ship; a PMS connected to a plurality of generators so as to control operation of the generators such that the main power is supplied to the load; a BMS connected to a predetermined battery pack so as to control charging/discharging of a battery within the battery pack such that auxiliary power is supplied to the load; and a BPMS operating by linking the PMS and the BMS, wherein the BPMS comprises: a communication unit for transmitting and receiving a state value of the battery or the generators from each of the BMS and the PMS; a setting information input unit for receiving, from an external user, setting information on the battery, the generators, or a heavy load request; a storage unit for mapping the received state value with the inputted setting information and storing the same; a control mode selection unit for selecting any one mode among a preset standby mode, a charge mode, a discharge mode, and a heavy load control mode on the basis of the state value and the setting information; an algorithm execution unit for executing a preset algorithm according to the selected mode. Therefore, a battery is maintained in a mostly charged state so as to supply power through the battery in a heavy load having a short time of use or a specific peak load, thereby reducing the capacity of the generators and the number of operating generators.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et procédé de gestion d'alimentation à haut rendement liés à une batterie pour un navire et une installation en mer, le système comportant: au moins une charge reliée à un navire; un PMS relié à une pluralité de générateurs de façon à commander le fonctionnement des générateurs de telle façon que l'alimentation principale soit fournie à la charge; un BMS relié à un bloc-batterie prédéterminé de façon à réguler la charge/la décharge d'une batterie au sein du bloc-batterie de telle façon qu'une alimentation auxiliaire soit fournie à la charge; et un BPMS qui fonctionne en liant le PMS et le BMS, le BPMS comportant: une unité de communication servant à émettre et à recevoir une valeur d'état de la batterie ou des générateurs en provenance de chaque système parmi le BMS et le PMS; une unité de saisie d'informations de réglage servant à recevoir, de la part d'un utilisateur extérieur, des informations de réglage sur la batterie, les générateurs, ou une demande de charge lourde; une unité de stockage servant à mettre en correspondance la valeur d'état reçue avec les informations de réglage saisies et à les stocker; une unité de sélection de mode de commande servant à sélectionner un mode quelconque parmi un mode d'attente prédéfini, un mode de charge, un mode de décharge et un mode de commande de charge lourde en fonction de la valeur d'état et des informations de réglage; une unité d'exécution d'algorithme servant à exécuter un algorithme prédéfini selon le mode sélectionné. Par conséquent, une batterie est maintenue dans un état majoritairement chargé de façon à fournir une alimentation par l'intermédiaire de la batterie dans une charge lourde caractérisée par une courte durée d'utilisation ou une charge de crête spécifique, réduisant ainsi la capacité des générateurs et le nombre de générateurs en fonctionnement.
(KO) 본 발명은 선박 및 해양플랜트의 배터리 연계형 고효율 전력관리시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 선박에 연결된 적어도 하나 이상의 부하와, 복수의 발전기에 연결되어 상기 부하에 주 전력을 공급하도록 상기 발전기의 동작을 제어하는 PMS와, 소정의 배터리팩에 연결되어 상기 부하에 보조 전력을 공급하도록 상기 배터리팩 내의 배터리의 충·방전을 제어하는 BMS와, 상기 PMS와 상기 BMS를 연계하여 동작하는 BPMS를 포함하는 배터리 연계형 고효율 전력관리시스템에 있어서, 상기 BPMS는, 상기 BMS 및 상기 PMS로부터 각각 상기 배터리 또는 상기 발전기의 상태값을 송수신하는 통신부와, 외부의 사용자로부터 상기 배터리, 상기 발전기 또는 중부하 요청 여부에 대한 설정정보를 입력받는 설정정보 입력부와, 수신한 상태값과 입력된 설정정보를 매핑하여 저장하는 저장부와, 상기 상태값 및 상기 설정정보에 기초하여 기설정된 대기 모드, 충전 모드, 방전 모드 및 중부하 제어모드 중 어느 하나의 모드를 선택하는 제어모드 선택부와, 선택된 모드에 따라 기설정된 알고리즘을 실행하는 알고리즘 실행부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 배터리가 대부분 충전된 상태를 유지하도록 하여 사용 시간이 짧은 중부하나 특정한 피크 부하에서 배터리를 통해 전력을 공급함으로써 발전기의 용량 및 운전 대수를 줄일 수 있다.
