Abstract:
(EN) A shoe insole of the present invention is characterized in that a heat conductive sheet (20) is inserted between an EVA sponge (10), and a PE fiber and restoration sponge (30), and is adhered, and in that the heat conductive sheet (20) allows a fluorine film (22) to be bonded to both surfaces of an expanded graphite sheet (also called "graphite") (21). The heat conductive sheet (20) allows a seam part (221) to be backstitched to a sewing line (222) along an edge. The seam part (21) is finished in a "right-side-open rectangular" shape, and then, is sewn with a polytetrafluoro ethylene (PTFE) thread in the middle part thereof so as to form the sewing line (222). Another specific example of the heat conductive sheet (20) can be used in the present invention, wherein a carbon fiber sheet (23) is inserted between two sheets of the expanded graphite sheet to which the fluorine film (22) is bonded so as to be produced as a multilayer structure.
(FR) L’invention concerne une semelle intérieure de chaussure caractérisée en ce qu'une feuille thermoconductrice (20) est insérée entre une éponge EVA (10) et une éponge à fibres PE et de rétablissement (30), et est collée, et en ce que la feuille thermoconductrice (20) permet à un film de fluor (22) d'être lié aux deux surfaces d'une feuille de graphite expansé (également appelée « graphite ») (21). La feuille thermoconductrice (20) permet à une partie couture (221) d'être finie au point d’arrêt sur une ligne de couture (222) le long d'un bord. La partie couture (21) s’achève en une forme « rectangulaire ouverte du côté droit », puis est cousue au moyen d’un fil de polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE) dans sa partie médiane de manière à former la ligne de couture (222). Un autre exemple particulier de la feuille thermoconductrice (20) peut être utilisé dans la présente invention, une feuille de fibre de carbone (23) étant insérée entre deux feuilles de la feuille de graphite expansé auxquelles est lié le film de fluor (22) de manière à être produite sous forme d'une structure multicouche.
(KO) 본 발명의 신발 깔창은 EVA 스폰지(10)와 PE 섬유 및 복원 스폰지(30) 사이에 열전도 시트(20)를 삽입하여 접착한 것으로, 상기 열전도 시트(20)는 팽창흑연 시트(일명 '그라파이트'라고도 함)(21) 양면에 불소필름(22)을 접착한 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 열전도 시트(20)는 모서리를 따라 솔기부(221)가 봉제선(222)으로 박음질 된다. 솔기부(21)는 "ㄷ"자 형태로 마감한 후, 중간부분에서 PTFE(Polytetrafluoro Ethylene)의 실로 봉제하여 봉제선(222)을 형성한다. 열전도 시트(20)의 다른 구체예로는 불소필름(22)이 접착된 팽창흑연 시트 두 장 사이에 탄소섬유 시트(23)를 삽입하여 다층 구조로 제작한 것도 본 발명에 사용될 수 있다.
