Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a respiratory monitoring device and a method thereof, and according to the present invention, the respiratory monitoring method comprises the steps of: receiving sensing information from a sensor device so as to detect a marker attached to the body of a subject to be measured, and acquiring a real-time position of the marker; calculating a respiratory motion direction axis by using the real-time position of the marker, and projecting the real-time position of the marker on the respiratory motion direction axis so as to extract a plurality of projection points corresponding to the real-time position of the marker; extracting both-side terminal points among the plurality of projection points, extracting a middle point of the both-side terminal points, and calculating the respiratory depth of the subject to be measured by using at least any one of the plurality of projection points, the both-side terminal points, and the middle point; and generating and outputting a respiratory monitoring result of the subject to be measured by using the respiratory depth. According to the present invention, a low cost multi-sensor can be used, thereby reducing costs, being non-invasive, and having improved portability. In addition, a respiratory motion is accurately tracked by using a passive marker and a marker including a colored plate, various respiratory motion measurement situations can be classified, and even if a patient suddenly moves, a subsequent respiratory motion can be automatically remeasured.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de surveillance respiratoire et à un procédé associé, et, selon la présente invention, le procédé de surveillance respiratoire comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir des informations de détection en provenance d'un dispositif de capteur de sorte à détecter un marqueur fixé au corps d'un sujet à mesurer, et à acquérir une position en temps réel du marqueur ; à calculer un axe de direction des mouvements respiratoires en utilisant la position en temps réel du marqueur et à projeter la position en temps réel du marqueur sur l'axe de direction des mouvements respiratoires de sorte à extraire une pluralité de points de projection correspondant à la position en temps réel du marqueur ; à extraire des points terminaux des deux côtés parmi la pluralité de points de projection, à extraire un point intermédiaire des points terminaux des deux côtés et à calculer la profondeur respiratoire du sujet à mesurer à l'aide de la pluralité de points de projection et/ou des points terminaux des deux côtés et/ou du point intermédiaire ; et à générer et à transmettre un résultat de surveillance respiratoire du sujet à mesurer à l'aide de la profondeur respiratoire. Selon la présente invention, un capteur multiple à faible coût peut être utilisé, ce qui permet de réduire les coûts, d'être non invasif et de présenter une portabilité améliorée. De plus, les mouvements respiratoires sont suivis avec précision à l'aide d'un marqueur passif et d'un marqueur comprenant une plaque colorée, diverses situations de mesure des mouvements respiratoires peuvent être classées et, même si un patient se déplace soudainement, les mouvements respiratoires ultérieurs peuvent être automatiquement remesurés.
(KO) 본 발명은 호흡 모니터링 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른호흡 모니터링 방법에 있어서, 센서 장치로부터 센싱 정보를 입력받아, 측정 대상자의 신체에 부착된 마커를 탐지하고, 상기 마커의 실시간 위치를 획득하는 단계, 상기 마커의 실시간 위치를 이용하여 호흡 모션 방향 축을 연산하고, 상기 호흡 모션 방향 축에 상기 마커의 실시간 위치를 투영하여 상기 마커의 실시간 위치에 대응하는 복수의 프로젝션 포인트를 추출하는 단계, 상기 복수의 프로젝션 포인트 중에서 양측 종단점을 추출하고, 상기 양측 종단점의 중간지점을 추출하며, 상기 복수의 프로젝션 포인트, 상기 양측 종단점 및 상기 중간지점 중 적어도 어느 하나를 이용하여 상기 측정 대상자의 호흡깊이를 연산하는 단계, 그리고 상기 호흡깊이를 이용하여 상기 측정 대상자의 호흡 모니터링 결과를 생성하여 출력하는 단계를 포함한다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 저가의 멀티 센서를 이용할 수 있어 비용이 저렴하고, 비침습적(non-invasive)이며 휴대성이 높다. 또한 패시브 마커와 색상이 있는 플레이트를 포함하는 마커를 이용하여 호흡 모션의 트래킹이 정확히 이루어지며, 다양한 호흡 모션 측정 상황의 분류가 가능하고, 환자의 갑작스런 움직임이 있더라도 이후 호흡 모션을 자동으로 재측정이 가능하게 된다.
