Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an evaluation method, whereby highly reliable data usable as a reference for predicting the recurrence risk of cancer can be provided, etc. According to the present embodiment, the recurrence risk of cancer for an evaluation subject, said evaluation subject having been diagnosed as cancer, is evaluated by using the concentration of at least one member selected from among Glu, Ser, a-ABA, Val, Met, Lys, Ile, Leu, Trp, His, Orn and Pro or the concentrations of at least two members selected from among Glu, Arg, Orn, Cit, His, Val, Phe, Tyr, Met, Pro, Trp, Asn, Leu, Lys, Thr, Ile, Gln, Ala, Ser, a-ABA and Gly in the blood of the evaluation subject.
