Abstract:
(EN) This seal structure is for use in a mold that is configured from a plurality of segments and that is for producing a hollow composite material structure. A linear seal member (26) having an edge is inserted in a seal structure (25) provided to at least one side surface of adjacent segments in the seal structure. A lip section is provided to the upper part of the seal of the seal member (26), at least the tip of said lip section protrudes on the exterior of the seal structure (25), and either a cavity is formed in the interior of the lip section or a recess is formed in at least the bottom part of the seal. When the side surfaces of the segments are joined to each other, the seal member (26) is pressed and crushed in the cross-sectional direction by the side surface of the partner segment. As a result, good sealing is achieved between adjacent segments and it is possible to minimize or avoid complications in the production of a composite material structure.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure d'étanchéité, destinée à être utilisée dans un moule qui est configuré à partir d'une pluralité de segments et qui est destiné à la production d'une structure en matériau composite creuse. Un élément d'étanchéité (26) linéaire ayant un bord est inséré dans une structure d'étanchéité (25) disposée sur au moins une surface latérale de segments adjacents dans la structure d'étanchéité. Une section lèvre est prévue sur la partie supérieure du joint d'étanchéité de l'élément d'étanchéité (26), au moins la pointe de ladite section lèvre fait saillie sur l'extérieur de la structure d'étanchéité (25), et soit une cavité est formée à l'intérieur de la section lèvre, soit un renfoncement est formé au moins dans la partie inférieure du joint d'étanchéité. Quand les surfaces latérales des segments sont réunies entre elles, l'élément de joint d'étanchéité (26) est pressé et écrasé dans la direction de section transversale par la surface latérale du segment partenaire. Par conséquent, une bonne étanchéité est obtenue entre des segments adjacents, et il est possible de réduire au minimum ou d'éviter des complications dans la production d'une structure en matériau composite.
(JA) シール構造は、中空状の複合材料構造物を製造するために、複数のセグメントにより構成される成形型に用いられる。当該シール構造においては、隣接するセグメントの少なくとも一方の側面に設けられるシール溝(25)に有端で線状のシール部材(26)が挿入されている。シール部材(26)のシール上部には、少なくともその先端がシール溝(25)の外側に突出する、リップ部が設けられているとともに、その内部に中空が形成されているか、または、少なくともシール底部に凹部が形成されている。セグメント同士の側面が互いに結合した状態では、他方のセグメントの側面によってシール部材(26)が横断面方向に押しつぶされた状態にある。これにより、隣接するセグメント同士の間において良好なシール状態を実現しつつ、複合材料構造物の製造の煩雑化を抑制または回避することができる。
