Abstract:
(EN) An electric heater (1) is provided with: a plurality of PTC elements (2) for generating heat by electric current passing therethrough; a plurality of electrode plates (3) for applying electric current to the PTC elements (2); a plurality of heat dissipation fins (4) for dissipating heat transferred from the PTC elements (2); a resin plate (5) for providing insulation between the electrode plates (3) having different polarities; and a pressing spring (7) for pressing a laminate (10) from both sides in the lamination direction (H). In projection ranges (R), on the surface in the lamination direction (H) of the resin plate (5), which respectively are the arrangement portions projected in the lamination direction (H) of the PTC elements (2), a plurality of protruding portions (51), protruding as compared to the surface, are provided, respectively. The protruding portion (51) in each projection range (R) has a deformed portion obtained by plastic deformation due to contact with the electrode plates (3).
(FR) Un dispositif chauffant électrique (1) comprend : une pluralité d'éléments à coefficient de température positif (CTP) (2) pour générer de la chaleur par le passage d'un courant électrique dans ceux-ci; une pluralité de plaques d'électrode (3) pour appliquer un courant électrique aux éléments CTP (2); une pluralité d'ailettes de dissipation de chaleur (4) pour dissiper la chaleur transférée par les éléments CTP (2); une plaque de résine (5) pour assurer une isolation entre les plaques d'électrode (3) aux polarités différentes; et un ressort de compression (7) pour comprimer un stratifié (10) des deux côtés dans la direction de stratification (H). Dans des plages de projection (R), sur la surface dans la direction de stratification (H) de la plaque de résine (5), qui sont respectivement les parties d'agencement projetées dans la direction de stratification (H) des éléments CTP (2), une pluralité de parties saillantes (51), faisant saillie par rapport à la surface, sont formées respectivement. La partie saillante (51) de chaque plage de projection (R) présente une partie déformée obtenue par déformation plastique due au contact avec les plaques d'électrode (3).
(JA) 電気式ヒータ(1)は、通電によって発熱する複数のPTC素子(2)、PTC素子(2)に通電するための複数の電極板(3)、PTC素子(2)から伝わる熱を放熱するための複数の放熱フィン(4)、極性の異なる電極板(3)の間を絶縁するための樹脂プレート(5)、及び積層体(10)を積層方向(H)の両側から押圧する押圧バネ(7)を備える。樹脂プレート(5)の積層方向(H)の表面における、PTC素子(2)の配置部位を積層方向(H)に投影した各投影範囲(R)内には、表面よりも突出した凸部(51)がそれぞれ設けられている。各投影範囲(R)内における凸部(51)は、電極板(3)と接触して塑性変形した変形部を有する。
