Abstract:
(EN) The method for manufacturing a gas barrier layered body pertaining to the present invention includes a step for forming a coating membrane including zinc ions, a metal alkoxide and/or a hydrolysate thereof, and a water-soluble polymer on the surface of a substrate film or a layered body including a substrate film, and a step for forming a gas barrier layer on the surface of the substrate film or the layered body including a substrate film by drying the coating membrane. The gas barrier layered body pertaining to the present invention is provided with a substrate film or a layered body including a substrate film, and a gas barrier layer provided on the surface of the substrate film or the layered body including a substrate film, and the gas barrier layer includes zinc dispersed in the gas barrier layer, and an organic-inorganic composite.
(FR) Le procédé de fabrication d'un corps stratifié de barrière contre les gaz selon la présente invention comprend une étape pour former une membrane de revêtement comprenant des ions zinc, un alcoxyde métallique et/ou un hydrolysat de celui-ci, et un polymère soluble dans l'eau sur la surface d'un film de substrat ou d'un corps stratifié comprenant un film de substrat, et une étape pour former une couche barrière contre les gaz sur la surface du film de substrat ou du corps stratifié comprenant un film de substrat par séchage de la membrane de revêtement. Le corps stratifié de barrière contre les gaz de la présente invention est pourvu d'un film de substrat ou d'un corps stratifié comprenant un film de substrat, et une couche de barrière contre les gaz disposée sur la surface du film de substrat ou du corps stratifié comprenant un film de substrat, et la couche de barrière contre les gaz comprend du zinc dispersé dans la couche de barrière contre gaz, et un composite organique-inorganique.
(JA) 本開示に係るガスバリア積層体の製造方法は、基材フィルム又はこれを含む積層体の表面上に、亜鉛イオンと、金属アルコキシド及びその加水分解物の少なくとも一方と、水溶性高分子とを含む塗膜を形成する工程と、塗膜を乾燥させることによって基材フィルム又はこれを含む積層体の表面上にガスバリア層を形成する工程とを含む。本開示に係るガスバリア積層体は、基材フィルム又はこれを含む積層体と、基材フィルム又はこれを含む積層体の表面上に設けられたガスバリア層とを備え、上記ガスバリア層は、当該ガスバリア層内に分散している亜鉛と、有機-無機複合体とを含む。
