Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a polycarbonate resin composition that uses a recycled material in the resin composition thereof and that makes it possible to obtain a molded article having excellent flame resistance and material strength. The polycarbonate resin composition contains (C) 10-60 parts by mass of carbon fibers, (D) 20-40 parts by mass of a phosphate ester compound, and (E) 0.01-1 parts by mass of a fluorine compound (A) with respect to 100 parts by mass of resin in which (A) 40-100 mass% of a recycled aromatic polycarbonate resin and (B) 0-60 mass% of an aromatic polycarbonate constitute a total of 100 mass%. The viscosity average molecular weight of the (A) component is 19,000-30,000 and the viscosity average molecular weight of the (B) component is 19,000-30,000.
(FR) L’invention fournit une composition de résine de polycarbonate qui met en œuvre un matériau recyclé dans une composition de résine, et qui permet d’obtenir un article moulé excellent en termes de résistance au feu et de solidité de matériau. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne une composition de résine de polycarbonate qui comprend 10 à 60 parties en masse de fibres de carbone (C), 20 à 40 parties en masse d’un composé ester d’acide phosphorique (D), et 0,01 à 1 partie en masse d’un composé fluoré (E), pour 100 partie en masse de résine d’un total de 100% en masse de 40 à 100% en masse d’une résine de polycarbonate aromatique recyclée (A) et de 0 à 60% en masse d’une résine de polycarbonate aromatique (B). La masse moléculaire moyenne en viscosité du composant (A) est comprise entre 19000 et 30000, et la masse moléculaire moyenne en viscosité du composant (B) est également comprise entre 19000 et 30000.
