Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is capable of efficiently producing a silsesquioxane (silsesquioxane represented by formula (C)) having Si-H groups as reactive substituents by hydrolyzing a cyclic siloxane represented by formula (B) to thereby conduct intramolecular dehydrating condensation. (In formulae (B) and (C), the R1 moieties each represent a C1-20 hydrocarbon group, and X represents a chlorine, bromine, or iodine atom.)
(FR) La présente invention permet de produire efficacement un silsesquioxane (silsesquioxane représenté par la formule (C)) ayant des groupes Si-H en tant que substituants réactifs par hydrolyse d'un siloxane cyclique représenté par la formule (B) pour ainsi effectuer une condensation de déshydratation intramoléculaire. (Dans les formules (B) et (C), les fractions R1 représentent chacune un groupe hydrocarboné en C1-20, et X représente un atome de chlore, un atome de brome ou un atome d'iode.)
(JA) 下記式(B)で表される環状シロキサンを加水分解して分子内脱水縮合を進めることにより、反応性置換基としてSi-Hを有するシルセスキオキサン(式(C)で表されるシルセスキオキサン)を効率良く製造することができる。 (式(B)及び(C)中、R1はそれぞれ炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基を、Xは塩素原子、臭素原子、又はヨウ素原子を表す。)
