Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a multi-stage pressure-sensitive switch capable of generating two-stage click-feelings using a pressure-sensitive resistance plate. In this multi-stage pressure-sensitive switch, a pressure-sensitive resistance plate 40 is disposed on a paired first protruding fixed contact point 28 and a second protruding fixed contact point 38, which protrude from the bottom wall of a recessed section 12 of a housing 10, and a paired first flat fixed contact point 29 and second flat fixed contact point 39, which are flush with the bottom wall. Disposed on the pressure-sensitive resistance plate 40 is a first tact plate 50 generating a click-feeling, and further disposed thereon are, sequentially, a spacer 60, a plate spring 70, a second tact plate 80, and a lid 90. While pressing down a key top 92 of the lid 90, when the pressing force reaches the magnitude of a first stage, the second tact plate 80 becomes inverted, thereby applying pressure on the pressure-sensitive resistance plate 40 and closing the electrical path between the protruding fixed contact points 28, 38. Then, when the pressing force reaches the magnitude of a second stage, the first tact plate 50 becomes inverted, thereby closing the electrical path between the pair of flat fixed contact points 29, 39. In a third stage, the magnitude of the current flowing between the pair of flat fixed contact points 29, 39 can be controlled according to the magnitude of the pressing force.
(FR) L'invention concerne un commutateur sensible à la pression à plusieurs étages capable de générer des sensations de clic en deux étapes à l'aide d'une plaque de résistance sensible à la pression. Dans ce commutateur sensible à la pression à plusieurs étages, une plaque de résistance sensible à la pression 40 est disposée sur un premier point de contact fixe saillant apparié 28 et un second point de contact fixe saillant 38, qui font saillie à partir de la paroi inférieure d'une section évidée 12 d'un boîtier 10, et un premier point de contact fixe plat 29 apparié et un second point de contact fixe plat 39, qui sont en affleurement avec la paroi inférieure. Sur la plaque de résistance sensible à la pression 40 est disposée une première plaque de contact 50 générant une sensation de clic, et disposées en outre sur celle-ci sont séquentiellement, un espaceur 60, un ressort à lames 70, une seconde plaque de contact 80, et un couvercle 90. Lors de la pression vers le bas d'une partie supérieure de touche 92 du couvercle 90, lorsque la force de pression atteint l'amplitude d'un premier étage, la seconde plaque de contact 80 devient inversée, appliquant ainsi une pression sur la plaque de résistance sensible à la pression 40 et fermant le trajet électrique entre les points de contact fixes saillants 28, 38. Ensuite, lorsque la force de pression atteint l'amplitude d'un second étage, la première plaque de contact 50 devient inversée, fermant ainsi le chemin électrique entre la paire de points de contact fixes plats 29, 39. Dans un troisième temps, l'amplitude du courant circulant entre la paire de points de contact fixes plats 29, 39 peut être commandée en fonction de l'amplitude de la force de pression.
(JA) 感圧抵抗板を用いて2段階のクリック感を生じさせることができる多段感圧スイッチを提供する。ハウジング10の凹部12の底壁に突設された一対の第1突設固定接点28及び第2突設固定接点38と、底壁と面一の一対の第1平坦固定接点29及び第2平坦固定接点39との上に感圧抵抗板40が配置され、その上にクリック感を発生する第1タクト板50、さらにその上方にスペーサ60、板バネ70、第2タクト板80、蓋90が順に配置されている。蓋90のキートップ92を押し下げていき、押圧力が第1段階の大きさに達すると、第2タクト板80が反転して感圧抵抗板40に圧力が加えられて突設固定接点28,38の間が閉じ、押圧力が第2段階の大きさに達すると第1タクト板50が反転して一対の平坦固定接点29,39の間が閉じ、さらに第3段階では押圧力の大きさに応じて一対の平坦固定接点29,39の間を流れる電流の大きさを制御できる。
