Abstract:
(EN) The present invention rationalizes the configuration of a fastener fastening tool capable of performing clamping in the state where a bolt shank and an end portion region thereof are integrated with each other. A fastening tool 100 fastens a work material by means of a bolt and a collar without breaking a bolt shank end portion, wherein, in order for a bolt holding part 185 to perform moving operation with respect to an anvil 181, a bolt holding part driving mechanism 160 which has a rotatable first mechanism part 161 and a second mechanism part 169 moveable in a long axis direction, is provided with thrust rolling bearings 166, 167, each for receiving an axial force in the long axis direction LD, at a first direction FR side and at a second direction RR side, respectively, of the first mechanism part 161.
(FR) La présente invention rationalise la conception d'un outil de fixation d'élément de fixation apte à réaliser un serrage dans l'état où une tige de boulon et sa région partie extrémité sont intégrées l'une à l'autre. Un outil de fixation (100) fixe un matériau de travail au moyen d'un boulon et d'un collier sans rompre une partie extrémité de tige de boulon, afin qu’une partie de maintien de boulon (185) effectue une action de déplacement par rapport à une enclume (181), un mécanisme d'entraînement de partie de maintien de boulon (160) qui a une première partie mécanisme rotative (161) et une seconde partie mécanisme (169) mobiles dans une direction d'axe long, étant doté de paliers de roulement à butée (166, 167), chacun destinés à recevoir une force axiale dans la direction d'axe long LD, au niveau d’un premier côté direction FR et au niveau d’un second côté direction RR, respectivement, de la première partie mécanisme (161).
(JA) ボルトの軸部とその端部領域が一体となった状態で加締められるファスナ用の締結工具の構成を合理化する。ボルト軸端部を破断することなく、ボルトとカラーで作業材を締結する締結工具100であって、ボルト把持部185をアンビル181に対して移動動作させるべく、回転可能な第1機構部161と、長軸方向に移動可能な第2機構部169を有するボルト把持部駆動機構160につき、第1機構部161の第1方向FR側および第2方向RR側には、長軸方向LDの軸力を受けるスラスト転がりベアリング166、167がそれぞれ設けられている。
