Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an acrylic copolymer having a structural unit derived from an acrylic acid ester having an alkyl group, and/or a structural unit derived from an acrylic acid ester having an alkoxyalkyl group, a structural unit derived from a methacrylic acid alkyl ester having 3-16 carbon atoms, and a structural unit derived from a crosslinkable monomer having a carboxyl group; a composition containing the acrylic copolymer and a crosslinking agent; and a crosslinked product obtained by crosslinking the composition. The acrylic copolymer, composition, and crosslinked product are useful for a highly heat-resistant rubber material which has a low elongation change rate and little change in hardness even when exposed to high temperature for a long period of time.
(FR) L’invention concerne un copolymère acrylique qui possède une unité structurale dérivée d’un ester d’acide acrylique possédant un groupe acrylique, et/ou une unité structurale dérivée d’un ester d’acide acrylique possédant un groupe alkoxyalkyle, une unité structurale dérivée d'un ester d'alkyle d'acide méthacrylique de 3 à 16 atomes de carbone, et une unité structurale dérivée d’un monomère réticulable possédant un groupe carboxyle. L’invention concerne également une composition comprenant ledit copolymère acrylique et un agent de réticulation, et un produit réticulé constitué par réticulation de ladite composition. Ce copolymère acrylique, cette composition et ce produit réticulé sont avantageux en tant que matériau caoutchouc excellent en termes de taux de variation d’allongement, et de résistance à la chaleur réduisant les variations de dureté, y compris sous une température élevée pendant une longue période.
(JA) アルキル基を有するアクリル酸エステルに由来する構成単位、および/またはアルコキシアルキル基を有するアクリル酸エステルに由来する構成単位と、炭素数が3~16のメタクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位、カルボキシル基を有する架橋性モノマーに由来する構成単位を有するアクリル共重合体、上記アクリル共重合体と架橋剤とを含有してなる組成物、上記組成物を架橋してなる架橋物である。これらアクリル共重合体、組成物、架橋物は、長時間高温下にさらされても、伸びの変化率、硬度変化が小さい耐熱性に優れたゴム材料に有用である。
