Abstract:
(EN) In a connection structure, a first electronic component provided with a first terminal pattern and a second electronic component provided with a second terminal pattern having a different terminal size and pitch to the first terminal pattern are connected in an anisotropically conductive manner with a third electronic component provided with terminal patterns corresponding respectively to the first terminal pattern and the second terminal pattern, by an anisotropic conductive film. The anisotropic conductive film is provided with a region in which conductive particles are regularly arranged, and/or a plurality of regions in which conductive particles have different number densities, particle sizes, and/or hardnesses.
(FR) L’invention concerne une structure de connexion dans laquelle un premier composant électronique comportant un premier motif de borne et un deuxième composant électronique comportant un deuxième motif de borne dont la taille et le pas de borne sont différents de ceux du premier motif de borne sont connectés d’une manière anisotropiquement conductrice à un troisième composant électronique comportant des motifs de bornes correspondant respectivement au premier motif de borne et au deuxième motif de borne, par une pellicule conductrice anisotrope. La pellicule conductrice anisotrope comporte une zone dans laquelle des particules conductrices sont agencées régulièrement, et/ou une pluralité de zones dans laquelle des particules conductrices ont des densités de nombre, des tailles de particules, et/ou des duretés différentes.
