Title: VIBRATION POWER GENERATION ELEMENT
Abstract:
A vibration power generation element is provided with: a first electrode; a second electrode moving along a predetermined direction with respect to the first electrode; a third electrode; a fourth electrode moving along a predetermined direction with respect to the third electrode; and a support portion for supporting the second electrode and the fourth electrode movably along the predetermined directions. The first electrode and the third electrode are disposed along predetermined directions. At least one of the facing surfaces of the first and second electrodes and at least one of the facing surfaces of the third and fourth electrodes are charged. The support portion supports the second electrode and the fourth electrode while the electrostatic force generated by the first and second electrodes and the electrostatic force generated by the third and fourth electrodes are balanced along a predetermined direction.
