Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an ultraviolet ray transmission filter which has a high transmittance of ultraviolet light, in particular, deep ultraviolet light, and in which deterioration of transmittance is suppressed even in the case of long-term use. An ultraviolet ray transmission filter 1 has a glass plate 2 and a protective film 3 disposed on the main surface of the glass plate 2, wherein the glass plate 2 contains 55-80% of SiO2, 12-27% of B2O3, 4-20% of R2O (R represents at least one alkali metal selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, and K), 0-5% of Al2O3, 0-5% of R'O (R' represents at least one alkali earth metal selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba), 0-5% of ZnO, 0-20% of ZrO2, and 0-5% of Ta2O5 on an oxide-based molar percentage basis, and is formed of a glass having a transmittance of at least 70% for a wavelength of 254 nm, said transmittance being the spectral transmittance at a glass thickness of 0.5 mm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un filtre de transmission de rayons ultraviolets qui présente une facteur de transmission élevé de la lumière ultraviolette, en particulier la lumière ultraviolette profonde, et dont la détérioration du facteur de transmission est supprimée même dans le cas d'une utilisation prolongée. Un filtre de transmission de rayons ultraviolets 1 comprend une plaque de verre 2 et un film de protection 3 disposé sur la surface principale de la plaque de verre 2, la plaque de verre 2 contenant 55 à 80 % de SiO2, 12 à 27 % de B2O3, 4 à 20 % de R2O (R représente au moins un métal alcalin choisi parmi Li, Na, et K), 0 à 5 % d'Al2O3, 0 à 5 % de R'O (R' représente au moins un métal alcalino-terreux choisi parmi Mg, Ca, Sr et Ba), 0 à 5 % de ZnO, 0 à 20% de ZrO2, et 0 à 5 % de Ta2O5 sur une base de pourcentage molaire à base d'oxyde, et étant formée d'un verre présentant un facteur de transmission d'au moins 70 % pour une longueur d'onde de 254 nm, ledit facteur de transmission étant le facteur de transmission spectrale à une épaisseur de verre de 0,5 mm.
