Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology which can determine whether a corrugated tube is equipped externally. This inspection method of a wire harness, which includes a wire and an exterior component covering the surroundings of the wire, is provided with: an imaging process in which a portion to be inspected of a wire harness is imaged and imaged data is acquired; and a determination process in which a periodicity of a feature amount of an image in an extended direction of the wire is obtained on the basis of the imaged data, and whether the corrugated tube, as the exterior component, is equipped externally is determined on the basis of the periodicity and the periodicity of the shape of the corrugated tube.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une technologie permettant de déterminer la présence ou non d'un tube ondulé à l'extérieur. Ledit procédé d'inspection d'un faisceau de câbles, qui comprend un câble et un composant extérieur recouvrant l'environnement du câble, comprend : un processus d'imagerie dans lequel une partie à inspecter d'un faisceau de câbles est imagée et des données imagées sont acquises ; et un processus de détermination dans lequel une périodicité d'une quantité caractéristique d'une image dans une direction étendue du fil est obtenue en fonction des données imagées, et on détermine la présence ou non du tube ondulé à l'extérieur, en tant que composant extérieur, en fonction de la périodicité et de la périodicité de la forme du tube ondulé.
(JA) コルゲートチューブが外装されているか否かを判別可能にする技術を提供することを目的とする。電線と、電線の周囲を覆う外装部品とを備えるワイヤーハーネスの検査方法であって、ワイヤーハーネスの検査対象部分を撮像し、撮像データを取得する撮像工程と、撮像データに基づいて電線の延在方向における画像の特徴量の周期性を求め、その周期性とコルゲートチューブの形状の周期性とに基づいて外装部品としてコルゲートチューブが外装されているか否かを判断する判断工程と、を備える。
