Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a method for manufacturing a transfer mold roll which has a fine periodic structure, the method allowing a seamless, continuous, and elongated pattern to be formed in an object to be transferred, such as a film; and a transfer mold roll. The method for manufacturing a transfer mold roll having a fine periodic pattern includes: a step for preparing a cylindrical metal substrate (28); a step for irradiating an outer circumferential surface (30) of the cylindrical metal substrate with an ultrashort pulse laser; and a step for forming seamless circulating nano-periodic structures (34a, 34b, 34c) on the outer circumferential surface (30) of the cylindrical metal substrate (28) through the irradiation of the ultrashort pulse laser, and processing seamless circulating patterns (36, 38) which generate a light interference color due to the seamless circulating nano-periodic structures (34a, 34b, 34c).
(FR) L'invention concerne : un procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de moule de transfert qui présente une structure périodique fine, le procédé permettant à un motif sans couture, continu et allongé d'être formé dans un objet à transférer, tel qu'un film ; et un rouleau de moule de transfert. Le procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de moule de transfert ayant un motif périodique fin comprend : une étape pour préparer un substrat métallique cylindrique (28) ; une étape pour exposer une surface circonférentielle extérieure (30) du substrat métallique cylindrique à un laser à impulsions ultracourtes ; et une étape pour former des structures nano-périodiques circulantes sans couture (34a, 34b, 34c) sur la surface circonférentielle extérieure (30) du substrat métallique cylindrique (28) par exposition au laser à impulsions ultracourtes, et traiter des motifs circulants sans couture (36, 38) qui produisent une couleur d'interférence lumineuse en raison des structures nano-périodiques circulantes sans couture (34a, 34b, 34c).
(JA) フィルムなどの被転写対象物に対して、シームレスに連続的な長尺パターンを作成できるようにした、微細周期構造を有する転写用金型ロールの製造方法及び転写用金型ロールを提供する。 円筒状金属基材(28)を準備する工程と、前記円筒状金属基材の外周面(30)に超短パルスレーザを照射する工程と、前記超短パルスレーザの照射により前記円筒状金属基材の外周面(30)にシームレス周回ナノ周期構造(34a,34b,34c)を形成し、前記シームレス周回ナノ周期構造(34a,34b,34c)による光干渉色を発生するシームレス周回柄(36,38)を加工する工程と、を含む、微細周期構造を有する転写用金型ロールの製造方法とした。
