Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a microbubble generating nozzle which greatly increases the generation rate of micro- and nano-level microbubbles. [Solution] A microbubble generating nozzle 1 is provided with: an introduction chamber 20 for introducing a gas-liquid mixture; a swirl chamber 30 for swirling the gas-liquid mixture L flowing out from the introduction chamber 20; a lead-out flow path 61 for leading out the swirling gas-liquid mixture L; a branch flow path 62 branching off from the lead-out flow path; and a circulation flow path 66 for circulating the gas-liquid mixture L, which has reached the downstream side of the lead-out flow path without flowing into the branch flow path, to the upstream side of the lead-out flow path 61. With the nozzle 1, microbubbles are generated by circulating the gas-liquid mixture L in which microbubbles have not been generated. Therefore, microbubbles can be generated in large quantities.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une buse de génération de microbulles qui augmente fortement le taux de génération de microbulles micro et nanométriques. La Solution selon L'invention porte sur une buse de génération de microbulles 1 qui comporte : une chambre d'introduction 20 pour introduire un mélange gaz-liquide; une chambre de tourbillonnement pour faire tourbillonner le mélange gaz-liquide L s'écoulant hors de la chambre d'introduction 20; un chemin d'écoulement de sortie 61 pour conduire le mélange gaz-liquide tourbillonnant L; un chemin d'écoulement de dérivation 62 qui se ramifie à partir du chemin d'écoulement de sortie; et un chemin d'écoulement de circulation 66 pour faire circuler le mélange gaz-liquide L, qui a atteint le côté aval du chemin d'écoulement de sortie sans s'écouler dans le chemin d'écoulement de dérivation, vers le côté amont du chemin d'écoulement de sortie 61. Avec la buse 1, des microbulles sont générées par circulation du mélange gaz-liquide L dans lequel des microbulles n'ont pas été générées. Par conséquent, des microbulles peuvent être générées en grandes quantités.
(JA) 【課題】マイクロレベルおよびナノレベルの微細気泡の発生割合を大幅に高めた微細気泡発生ノズルを提供する。 【解決手段】 気液混合体を導入する導入室20と、導入室20から流出した気液混合体Lを旋回させる旋回室30と、旋回した気液混合体Lを導出する導出流路61と、導出流路から分岐する分岐流路62と、分岐流路へ流入せずに導出流路の下流へ到達した気液混合体Lを導出流路61の上流へ循環する循環流路66とを備えることを微細気泡発生ノズル1による。このノズル1によれば、微細気泡が生成されなかった気液混合体Lを循環させて微細気泡を生成するので、大量に微細気泡を生成することができる。
