Abstract:
This physical quantity measuring device for measuring the physical quantity of a fluid is provided with: at least two humidity detection units (60) that output humidity signals corresponding to the humidity of the fluid; and an abnormality determining unit (73, 273, 1073) that determines that an abnormality occurred in the humidity detection units in the cases where the difference between the humidity signals acquired from the two humidity detection units exceeded an abnormality determining threshold value (Th).
