Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a method for producing a useful substance by means of a plant, the method comprising culturing, in a vessel, at least a portion of a plant body capable of producing a useful protein while said portion is kept immersed in a liquid culture medium so as to allow the plant body to proliferate. The present invention enables stable and efficient production of a useful protein by means of a plant.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de production d’une substance utile à l’aide d’une plante, qui inclut une étape au cours de laquelle au moins une partie d’une plante permettant la production d’une protéine utile, est cultivée à l’état immergé dans un milieu de culture liquide, à l’intérieur d’un réceptacle, autorisant ainsi la prolifération de la plante. Selon l’invention, il est donc possible de produire de manière stable et efficace, une protéine utile à l’aide d’une plante.
(JA) 本発明は、容器内において、有用タンパク質の生産が可能な植物体の少なくとも一部を、液体培地に浸漬させたまま培養して、植物体を増殖させることを含む、植物による有用物質の生産方法に関する。本発明によれば、植物を用いて、有用タンパク質を、安定的かつ効率的に生産することができる。
