Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an absolute encoder with which it is possible to minimize size increase while ensuring a required resolution. This encoder (100) is provided with: a magnet (M3) that rotates integrally with a rotary body; and multiple rotary sensors (38) that, upon detection of the magnetic poles of the magnet (M3), outputs detection signals having sinusoidal waveforms of different phases. The rotary body is provided with an angular sensor (AS1) which comprises a first rotary body (20) that rotates integrally with a main shaft (1a) and a third rotary body (26) that rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the first rotary body (20), and which detects a rotational angle of the first rotary body (20). The magnet (M3) is disposed on the third rotary body (26).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un codeur absolu avec lequel il est possible de réduire au minimum l'augmentation d'une taille tout en garantissant une résolution exigée. Le codeur (100) comprend : un aimant (M3) qui tourne d'un seul tenant avec un corps rotatif ; et des capteurs rotatifs multiples (38) qui, lors de la détection des pôles magnétiques de l'aimant (M3), émettent en sortie des signaux de détection présentant des formes d'onde sinusoïdales de différentes phases. Le corps rotatif comprend un capteur angulaire (AS1) comprenant un premier corps rotatif (20) qui tourne d'un seul tenant avec un arbre principal (1a) et un troisième corps rotatif (26) qui tourne conjointement avec la rotation du premier corps rotatif (20) et qui détecte un angle de rotation du premier corps rotatif (20). L'aimant (M3) est disposé sur le troisième corps rotatif (26).
(JA) 本発明は、分解能を確保しつつ大型化を抑制できるアブソリュートエンコーダを提供する。 エンコーダ(100)は、回転体と一体に回転するマグネット(M3)と、マグネット(M3)の磁極を検知して、それぞれ異なる位相の正弦波状の検知信号を出力する複数の回転センサ(38)と、を備える。回転体は、主軸(1a)と一体に回転する第1回転体(20)と、第1回転体(20)の回転に伴い回転する第3回転体(26)と、を含み、第1回転体(20)の回転角を検知する角度センサ(AS1)を備え、マグネット(M3)は第3回転体(26)に配置される。
