Abstract:
(EN) Provide is a washer manufacturing method that inhibits reduction of a sliding area. This method comprises: a preparing step for preparing a plate-like member (N); a cutting step for cutting the plate-like member (N) by means of laser (L2) to obtain longitudinal members (N1); and a forming step for obtaining a circular arc-shaped washer by using each longitudinal member (N1). The width of the plate-like member (N) is equal to the width, in the longitudinal direction, of the longitudinal member (N1). The cutting step is for cutting the plate-like member (N) from one end to the other end in the width direction to obtain the longitudinal member (N1). The forming step is for deforming the longitudinal member (N1) into a circular arc shape such that the cut surfaces of the longitudinal member (N1) form an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface.
(FR) Procédé de fabrication de rondelle qui empêche une réduction d'une zone de glissement. Ce procédé comprend : une étape de préparation pour préparer un élément de type plaque (N); une étape de découpe pour découper l'élément de type plaque (N) au moyen d'un laser (L2) pour obtenir des éléments longitudinaux (N1); et une étape de formation pour obtenir une rondelle en forme d'arc circulaire à l'aide de chaque élément longitudinal (N1). La largeur de l'élément de type plaque (N) est égale à la largeur, dans la direction longitudinale, de l'élément longitudinal (N1). L'étape de découpe est destinée à découper l'élément de type plaque (N) d'une extrémité à l'autre dans le sens de la largeur pour obtenir l'élément longitudinal (N1). L'étape de formation est destinée à déformer l'élément longitudinal (N1) en une forme d'arc de cercle de telle sorte que les surfaces découpées de l'élément longitudinal (N1) forment une surface circonférentielle extérieure et une surface circonférentielle intérieure.
(JA) 摺動面積の減少を抑制することができるワッシャの製造方法を提供する。板状部材(N)を準備する準備工程と、板状部材(N)をレーザ(L2)で切断することで長手部材(N1)を得る切断工程と、長手部材(N1)を用いて円弧状のワッシャを得る成形工程と、を具備し、板状部材(N)は、長手部材(N1)の長手方向幅と同一幅を有するものであり、切断工程は、板状部材(N)を、幅方向一端から他端に亘って切断することで長手部材(N1)を得るものであり、成形工程は、長手部材(N1)の切断面が外周面及び内周面となるような円弧状になるように、当該長手部材(N1)を変形させるものである。
