Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a fin stack device and a fin stack method which are used to manufacture a heat exchanger. The fin stack device is provided with: a plate for stacking, on a top surface thereof, a dropped fin for a heat exchanger; and a fin holding member having a supporting surface portion disposed vertically. The supporting surface portion is disposed at a position in contact with an end surface of a laminate body which is formed by stacking a plurality of fins for a heat exchanger on the plate. The fin holding member is provided with a driving source that moves the supporting surface portion in a direction in which the fins for a heat exchanger are dropped.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'empilement d'ailettes et un procédé d'empilement d'ailettes qui sont utilisés pour fabriquer un échangeur de chaleur. Le dispositif d'empilement d'ailettes est doté: d'une plaque pour l'empilement, sur une surface supérieure de celle-ci, d'une ailette emboutie pour un échangeur de chaleur; et un élément de maintien d'ailettes ayant une partie de surface de support disposée verticalement. La partie de surface de support est disposée à une position en contact avec une surface d'extrémité d'un corps stratifié qui est formé par empilement d'une pluralité d'ailettes pour un échangeur de chaleur sur la plaque. L'élément de maintien d'ailettes est doté d'une source d'entraînement qui déplace la partie de surface de support dans une direction dans laquelle les ailettes pour un échangeur de chaleur sont embouties.
(JA) 熱交換器の製造に用いられるフィンスタック装置及びフィンスタック方法。フィンスタック装置は、落下した熱交換器用フィンを上面に積み上げるためのプレートと、鉛直に配置された支え面部を有するフィン押さえと、を備え、前記支え面部が、前記プレートに複数の前記熱交換器用フィンが積み上げられて形成された積層体の端面に接する位置に配置されており、前記フィン押さえは、前記支え面部を前記熱交換器用フィンの落下方向に移動させる駆動源を備えている。
