Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, when external vibration is applied to a scanning device, the influence of the external vibration is efficiently reduced. Provided is an optical scanning device 200 provided with a light deflector 213 for deflecting measurement light that has been projected in a projection direction determined by a pivoting direction and a translation direction intersecting the pivoting direction, a light projector 211 for projecting the measurement light toward the light deflector, a light receiver 221 for receiving the measurement light reflected by an object, a propagation direction controller 216 for controlling the driving of the light deflector 213 so that the pivoting direction becomes the primary vibration direction that is the primary direction of the vibration of the optical scanning device 200, and an output unit 266 for outputting information obtained from the reflected light as output information.
(FR) Dans la présente invention, lorsqu’une vibration externe est appliquée à un dispositif de balayage, l’influence de la vibration externe est efficacement réduite. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de balayage optique 200 pourvu d’un déflecteur de lumière 213 pour dévier la lumière de mesure qui a été projetée dans une direction de projection déterminée par une direction de pivotement et une direction de translation croisant la direction de pivotement, un projecteur de lumière 211 pour projeter la lumière de mesure vers le déflecteur de lumière, un récepteur de lumière 221 pour recevoir la lumière de mesure réfléchie par un objet, un dispositif de commande de direction de propagation 216 pour commander l’entraînement du déflecteur de lumière 213 de sorte que la direction de pivotement devienne la direction de vibration primaire qui est la direction primaire de la vibration du dispositif de balayage optique 200, et une unité de sortie 266 pour délivrer en sortie des informations obtenues à partir de la lumière réfléchie en tant qu’informations de sortie.
