Abstract:
(EN) A production method for lead storage batteries comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and an electrolyte solution. The production method for lead storage batteries comprises a step in which a mixture containing a raw material for a negative electrode active substance and barium-containing particles is subjected to a chemical conversion treatment and a negative electrode having a negative electrode material containing the negative electrode active substance and the particles is obtained. The average primary particle diameter of the particles prior to the chemical conversion is no more than 0.10 µm and the electrolyte solution contains aluminum ions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d’accumulateurs au plomb comprenant une électrode positive, une électrode négative, un séparateur agencé entre l’électrode positive et l’électrode négative, et une solution d’électrolyte. Le procédé de production d’accumulateurs au plomb comprend une étape dans laquelle un mélange contenant une matière première pour une substance active d’électrode négative et des particules contenant du baryum est soumis à un traitement de conversion chimique et une électrode négative ayant un matériau d’électrode négative contenant la substance active d’électrode négative et les particules est obtenue. Le diamètre de particule primaire moyen des particules avant la conversion chimique n’est pas supérieur à 0,10 µm et la solution électrolytique contient des ions aluminium.
