Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for obtaining final dental prostheses based on images obtained by means of an intraoral scanner within an odontological treatment and which fundamentally comprises: placing a geometrically significant element on the jawbone of the patient when the patient has in place the provisional prosthesis that is desired to be copied, performing a scan and obtaining a digital file E1, removing the provisional prosthesis, scanning the mouth of the patient again maintaining the geometrically significant elements in the same position in order to obtain a digital file E2, and lastly digitally processing both digital files E1 and E2, aligning them to obtain a work file based on which the final prosthesis is designed and manufactured.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un método para la obtención de prótesis dentales definitivas a partir de las imágenes obtenidas por un escáner intraoral dentro de un tratamiento odontológico y que básicamente comprende: colocar sobre el maxilar del paciente un elemento geométricamente significativo cuando el mismo tiene colocada la prótesis provisional que se desean copiar, realizar un escaneo y obtener un archivo digital E1, retirar la prótesis provisional, volver a escanear la boca del paciente manteniendo en la misma posición los elementos geométricamente significativos para obtener un archivo digital E2 y, finalmente, procesar digitalmente ambos archivos digitales E1 y E2, alineándolos para obtener un archivo de trabajo a partir del cual diseñar y fabricar la prótesis definitiva.
