Abstract:
(EN) The invention proposes a brewing device (1) for extracting a single-serve capsule (2), having a receiving element (3) and a closing element (4), wherein the receiving element (3) has a cavity for receiving the single-serve capsule (2) and wherein the receiving element (3) or the closing element (4) can be moved (4) along a longitudinal axis (5) between a loading position, in which the receiving element (3) and the closing element (4) are spaced apart from each other, and an extraction position, in which the receiving element (3) and the closing element (4) converge and the cavity for forming a brewing chamber is closed by the closing element (4), wherein the receiving element (3) has, on its inner wall facing the cavity, at least one elevation (6) that extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis (5). The invention further proposes a corresponding single-serve capsule machine and a capsule adapter (14).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'infusion (1) servant à l'extraction d'une capsule (2), le dispositif d'infusion comprenant un élément de réception (3) et un élément de fermeture (4), l'élément de réception (3) comprenant une cavité servant à recevoir la capsule (2) et l'élément de réception (3) ou l'élément de fermeture (4) pouvant être transféré le long d'un axe longitudinal (5) entre une position de chargement, dans laquelle l'élément de réception (3) et l'élément de fermeture (4) sont espacés l'un de l'autre, et une position d'extraction, dans laquelle l'élément de réception (3) et l'élément de fermeture (4) sont rapprochés l'un de l'autre et la cavité est fermée au moyen de l'élément de fermeture (4) afin de former une chambre d'infusion, l'élément de réception (3) comprenant, sur sa paroi intérieure tournée vers la cavité, au moins un rehaussement (6) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal (5). (DE) Es wird eine Brühvorrichtung (1) zum Extrahieren einer Portionskapsel (2) vorgeschlagen, aufweisend ein Aufnahmeelement (3) und ein Verschlusselement (4), wobei das Aufnahmeelement (3) eine Kavität zur Aufnahme der Portionskapsel (2) aufweist und wobei das Aufnahmeelement (3) oder das Verschlusselement (4) entlang einer Längsachse (5) zwischen einer Ladestellung, in welcher das Aufnahmeelement (3) und das Verschlusselement (4) voneinander beabstandet sind, und einer Extraktionsstellung, in welcher das Aufnahmeelement (3) und das Verschlusselement (4) einander angenähert sind und die Kavität zur Bildung einer Brühkammer durch das Verschlusselement (4) verschlossen ist, überführbar ist, wobei das Aufnahmeelement (3) auf seiner der Kavität zugewandten Innenwandung wenigstens eine sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse (5) erstreckende Erhebung (6) aufweist. Weiterhin wird eine entsprechende Portionskapselmaschine und ein Kapseladapter (14) vorgeschlagen.
