Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a fireproof carbon-bonded product, in which fireproof raw materials are mixed with a binder according to a cold mixing method, are converted into a molded body, and the molded body, before or during the use as a fireproof product, is subjected to a coking treatment. According to the invention, the binder contains a high-melting coal tar pitch or Petropech and a low molecular weight carbohydrate, and the molded body is characterized by a specific distribution of the pore volume.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un produit réfractaire à liaison carbone, consistant : à mélanger des matières premières réfractaires à un liant au cours d'un procédé de mélange à froid ; à les transformer en un corps moulé, et à soumettre ce corps moulé, avant ou pendant son utilisation en tant que produit réfractaire, à un traitement par cokéfaction. Ledit liant renferme du brai de goudron de houille ou du brai de pétrole à point de fusion élevé ainsi qu'un hydrate de carbone à poids moléculaire bas. En outre, ledit corps moulé se caractérise par une répartition particulière du volume des pores.
(DE) In einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kohlenstoffgebundenen Feuerfesterzeugnisses werden feuerfeste Rohstoffe mit einem Bindemittel im Kaltmischverfahren gemischt, in einen Formkörper überführt und der Formkörper vor oder während der Anwendung als Feuerfesterzeugnis einer Verkokungsbehandlung unterzogen, wobei das Bindemittel ein hochschmelzendes Steinkohlenteerpech oder Petropech und ein niedermolekulares Kohlenhydrat enthält und sich der Formkörper durch eine besondere Verteilung des Porenvolumens auszeichnet.
