Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the production of a syngas containing CO and H2 from a stream of light hydrocarbons and from a gas feed (70) originating from an industrial plant comprising a combustion furnace (100) and a means (200) for discharging the gas feed, said gas feed comprising CO2, N2, O2 and H2O, but no hydrogen, said method comprising the following steps: removing the gas feed (101) obtained in the industrial plant upstream of the gas-feed discharge means (300); preparing a reaction flow (113) comprising a stream of light hydrocarbons (110) including methane and the gas feed (101); and conveying the reaction flow (113) into a tri-reforming reactor (1009) in order to produce a syngas (114).
(FR) Procédé de production d'un gaz de synthèse contenant du CO et de l'H2 à partir d'un flux d'hydrocarbures légers et d'une charge gazeuse (70) issue d'une unité industrielle comprenant un four à combustion (100) et un moyen d'évacuation (200) de la charge gazeuse, ladite charge gazeuse comprenant du CO2, du N2, de l'O2 et de l'H2O, mais ne comprenant pas d'hydrogène, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - on prélève ladite charge gazeuse (101) obtenue dans ladite unité industrielle en amont dudit moyen d'évacuation de la charge gazeuse; - on prépare un flux réactionnel (113) comprenant un flux d'hydrocarbures légers (110) comprenant du méthane et ladite charge gazeuse (101); - on envoie ledit flux réactionnel (113) dans un réacteur de tri-reformage (1009) pour obtenir un gaz de synthèse (114).
