Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a turbocharger, comprising a turbine for expanding a first medium and a compressor for compressing a second medium by using energy obtained in the turbine as the first medium is expanded, wherein the turbine has a turbine housing (1) and a turbine rotor, wherein the compressor has a compressor housing and a compressor rotor coupled to the turbine rotor by means of a shaft, wherein the turbine housing (1) and the compressor housing are each connected to a bearing housing (2) arranged between the same, in which bearing housing the shaft is supported, wherein the turbine housing (1) and the bearing housing (2) are connected by means of a fastening device (5) in such a way that the fastening device is mounted on a flange (6) of the turbine housing (1) by means of a first section (7) and covers a flange (10) of the bearing housing (2) at least in some sections by means of a second section (9), and wherein at least one flange (11) of a nozzle ring (3) is clamped between the flange (6) of the turbine housing (1) and the flange (10) of the bearing housing (2). Between the flange (6) of the turbine housing (1) and the flange (11) of the nozzle ring (3), an axial sealing region (13) is formed between axial sealing surfaces (14, 15) of said flanges (6, 11), which sealing surfaces lie against each other, wherein at least one of said axial sealing surfaces (14, 15) has a contour deviating from a flat contour.
(FR) L'invention concerne un turbocompresseur comprenant une turbine servant à détendre un premier milieu, un compresseur pour comprimer un deuxième milieu au moyen de l'énergie récupérée dans la turbine lors de la détente du premier milieu, la turbine présentant un carter (1) et un rotor, le compresseur présentant un carter et un rotor accouplé au rotor de turbine par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre, le carter de turbine (1) et le carter de compresseur étant respectivement raccordés à un carter de palier (2) qui est agencé entre ces derniers et dans lequel l'arbre est monté, le carter de turbine (1) et le carter de palier (2) étant raccordés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de fixation (5) de telle sorte que le dispositif de fixation est monté sur une bride (6) du carter de turbine (1) par une première partie (7) et recouvre, au moins par endroits, une bride (10) du carter de palier (2) par une seconde partie (9), et au moins une bride (11) d'une couronne directrice (3) étant bloquée entre la bride (6) du carter de turbine (1) et la bride (10) du carter de palier (2). Une zone d'étanchéité axiale (13) est formée entre la bride (6) du carter de turbine (1) et la bride (11) de la couronne directrice (3) entre des surfaces d'étanchéité axiales (14, 15) adjacentes de ces brides (6, 11), au moins une de ces surfaces d'étanchéité axiales (14, 15) présentant un contour s'écartant d'un contour plan.

Zwischen dem Flansch (6) des Turbinengehäuses (1) und dem Flansch (11) des Düsenrings (3) ist ein axialer Dichtbereich (13) zwischen aneinander anliegen axialen Dichtflächen (14, 15) dieser Flansche (6, 11) ausgebildet, wobei mindestens eine dieser axialen Dichtflächen (14, 15) eine von einer ebenen Kontur abweichende Kontur aufweist.
