Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a polymeric profile (1) by means of chemical cross-linking, wherein first a plastic profile (3) made of plastic material (K) is produced with added additives (4), wherein subsequently the plastic profile (3) is heated by means of a heat source (5), whereby the additives (4) added to the plastic material (K) thermally decompose to form radicals, and wherein these radicals cause a chemical cross-linking of the plastic material (K). According to the invention, a laser is used as the heat source (5). The invention also relates to a polymeric profile (1) produced by said method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un profilé polymère (1) par réticulation chimique, ledit procédé consistant à fabriquer tout d'abord un profilé en matière plastique (3) à partir d'une matière plastique (K) à laquelle ont été ajoutés des additifs (4), à chauffer ensuite le profilé en matière plastique (3) au moyen d'une source de chaleur (5), ce qui provoque la décomposition thermique en radicaux des additifs (4) ajoutés à la matière plastique (K), ces radicaux provoquant une réticulation chimique de la matière plastique (K). Selon l'invention, on utilise un laser comme source de chaleur (5). L'invention concerne également un profilé polymère (1) produit selon ce procédé.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines polymeren Profils (1) mittels chemischer Vernetzung, wobei zunächst ein Kunststoffprofil (3) aus Kunststoffmaterial (K) mit zugesetzten Additiven (4) gefertigt wird, wobei danach das Kunststoffprofil (3) mittels einer Wärmequelle (5) erwärmt wird und hierdurch die dem Kunststoffmaterial (K) zugesetzten Additive (4) thermisch zu Radikalen zerfallen, und wobei diese Radikale eine chemische Vernetzung des Kunststoffmaterials (K) bewirken. Erfindungsgemäß wird als Wärmequelle (5) ein Laser verwendet. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein mit diesem Verfahren hergestelltes polymeres Profil (1).
