Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device and a method for applying a reactive material strand, said reactive material reacting with the surrounding air after being applied. The aim of the invention is to provide a device and a method for applying a reactive material strand, wherein the open time of the reactive material should last as long as possible, thus simplifying an adhesion or sealing process of large surfaces. According to the invention, this is achieved in that means for protecting the reactive material strand against environmental conditions are provided by a film while applying the reactive material strand. While the reactive material strand is being applied, the reactive material strand is protected by a film against environmental conditions, in particular air or humidity but also dirt. Shortly before a joining process, the film is removed from the reactive material strand. In this manner, the open time of the reactive material is significantly lengthened.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé d'application d'un boudin de matière réactive, la matière réactive réagissant lors de l'application avec l'air ambiant. L'invention vise à fournir un dispositif et un procédé d'application d'un boudin de matière réactive, le temps ouvert de la matière réactive devant durer aussi longtemps que possible, ce qui facilite un collage ou un soudage de grandes surfaces. À cette effet, l'invention propose un moyen de protection du boudin de matière réactive contre les conditions environnementales au moyen d'une feuille lors de l'application du boudin de matière réactive. Lors de l'application du boudin de matière réactive, ledit boudin de matière réactive est protégé, au moyen d'une feuille, contre les conditions environnementales, en particulier contre l'air et contre l'humidité, mais aussi contre les salissures. Peu de temps avant le processus d'assemblage, la feuille est retirée du boudin de matière réactive. Ainsi, le temps ouvert de la matière réactive peut être significativement prolongé.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Applizieren eines Reaktivmassenstrangs, wobei die Reaktivmasse nach dem Auftragen mit Umgebungsluft reagiert. Um eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Applizieren eines Reaktivmassenstrangs zu schaffen, wobei die offene Zeit der Reaktivmasse möglichst lang andauern soll und somit ein Verkleben bzw. Abdichten von großen Flächen erleichtert, wird im Rahmen der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß Mittel zum Schützen des Reaktivmassenstrangs gegen Umweltbedingungen durch eine Folie während des Applizierens des Reaktivmassenstrangs vorgesehen sind. Noch während der Reaktivmassenstrang appliziert wird, wird er durch eine Folie gegen Umweltbedingungen, insbesondere vor Luft bzw. Luftfeuchtigkeit aber auch vor Schmutz, geschützt. Kurz vor dem Fügevorgang wird die Folie von dem Reaktivmassenstrang abgezogen. Auf diese Weise kann die offene Zeit der Reaktivmasse signifikant verlängert werden.
