Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a refrigeration and freezing apparatus and method for controlling its preservation of freshness. The refrigeration and freezing apparatus comprises a case body (20) having a defined storage space, a controlled-atmosphere membrane assembly (30), and an air pump (40); a sealed freshness-preserving subspace (271) is formed inside the storage space; the air pump (40) is configured to cause the gas in the freshness-preserving subspace (271) of the storage space to permeate through the controlled-atmosphere membrane assembly (30), so as to form in the freshness-preserving subspace (271) a gas atmosphere conducive to the preservation of food. The method for controlling freshness preservation comprises: according to food type information, determining a corresponding freshness-preservation operating mode; each freshness-preservation operating mode is preset with an operation period of the air pump (40), so as to ensure that the gas atmosphere inside the freshness-preserving subspace (271) meets the storage conditions of the food stored in the freshness-preserving subspace (271).
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de réfrigération et de congélation et un procédé de commande de sa conservation de fraîcheur. L'appareil de réfrigération et de congélation comprend un corps de boîtier (20) ayant un espace de stockage défini, un ensemble membrane à atmosphère contrôlée (30), et une pompe à air (40). Un sous-espace de conservation de fraîcheur étanche (271) est formé à l'intérieur de l'espace de stockage.
